Church & Dwight is seeking a Regional Account Manager to call on medical and salon professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our clinically proven haircare brand, Viviscal. As a Regional Accounts Manager, you will focus on business development, open new accounts as well as nourish existing accounts. Generous base salary plus commission and annual bonus.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Attainment of annual sales, monthly/quarterly forecast and profit goals
Ability to open new accounts and develop existing accounts to increase market penetration and deliver overall sales strategies
Responsible for developing and maintaining a territory of approximately 250 customers
Build relationships with customers by maintaining a regular call cycle, attending regional trade shows and continuing education to maximize results
Collaborate with internal sales and cross functional departments
Ability to influence, have an entrepreneurial mind set and impact positive change
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience within Aesthetic, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Packaged Goods industries (Direct Sales, Field Training, Account Coordinator)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM System, e-commerce ordering system
Position requires individual to have a strong business acumen, presentation skills, ability to leverage data and to work independently
Has a track record of increasing responsibilities
Ability to travel
