Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Working on some unique projects in our sector, you ll have the opportunity to assist end users by providing production support. Your time will be spent not only working on break fixes and testing and applying SU s, but also working on optimization and enhancement requests.
Analysis of user needs and requirement of Radiology Information System
Work with application end users to identify and correct any issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide day-to-day operational support for Epic Radiant / PACS and other applications / solutions provided and or supported by PACS team.
Co-ordinate modifications and updates to PACS application
Experience on PACS Application/ Servers
Test new systems, version upgrades, interfaces and other system modification
Provide 24x7 on-call coverage for user support on rotating basis.
Responsible for planning, design, build, validation, testing and implementation of Radiology Information Systems, including Electronic imaging application.
Act as liaison between Radiology IT and Enterprise IT, Technologists, Medical staff, Radiologists, Surgeons and support staff and vendors
Plan, execute, oversee and complete assigned projects.
Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for their assigned Epic module
Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
Contribute to the update and development of testing scripts and materials
Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performs unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities
Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
Create and maintain regular status reports and provides verbal and written status to Project Managers and project leadership, as required

3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
Certification in Epic Radiant
College degree or equivalent years of experience
Must be willing to live within a commutable distance or willing to relocate to Walnut Creek, CA
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
Superior communication and customer service abilities
Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
IT or Healthcare related degree preferred
