Provide value-added analytics that highlight key trends, variances, forecasts and anticipatory analysis for total company. This includes analysis of the total company Corporate Expenses, Key Financial Metrics, Cash Flow Statements, Free Cash Flow (FCF) analysis and forecast, Capital Expenditures, Return on Invested Capital, and Working Capital metrics.

  • Act as a key liaison with divisional financial leaders regarding compliance with corporate FP&A requirements including timely and accurate submissions

  • Support end-to-end analysis for

  • Specific supporting requirements for Quarterly Earnings Calls including Interest and Other income, Capital Expenditure, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, Return on Invested Capital, EBITA Analysis

  • Development and presentation of material that drives standardization across a global company including Quarterly Business Review and Budgeting templates

  • New product vitality tracking

  • Lead preparation of Division Presidents Meeting (DPM) and Finance Leadership Team (FLT) presentations

  • Provide assistance with preparation of Board of Directors and Analyst Day presentations

  • Provide financial modeling support for total company long term strategic model and quarterly guidance

  • Other Ad Hoc analyses as required involving foreign exchange, acquisitions/divestitures, synergy tracking, Balance Sheet and Income Statement line item analysis

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in accounting or finance or related work experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience in a finance role with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions

  • Strong management and leadership skills and experience in owning and leading projects

  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with key members of the corporate executive team and the finance leadership team

  • Demonstrated leadership working with cross functional teams to drive process improvement

  • Technical working knowledge of HFM and Essbase, or equivalent financial application program

  • Track record of building meaningful relationships at all levels within an organization – at both the business unit and divisional level, and can operate effectively in a matrixed reporting structure.

  • Ability to thrive in a complex business environment and manage responsibilities with varying stakeholders
