Internal/External Transformation Communication Initiative

Responsible for maintaining all executive management routines and preparing materials for critical meetings (strategy sessions, business reviews, townhalls, special topics, etc.)

Develop and maintain communication routines including Townhalls, newsletters and other Employee Engagement routines

Provide analysis and support for all adhoc requests

Develop close working relationship with operating executive, building trust and confidence.

Develop and maintain strategic focus, supporting Credit Operations vision

Required Skills:

Strong communication and analytical skills

Demonstrated success in fast paced operating environment

Minimum 5 years in operations or similar role

Training Experience

Executive Presentation

Demonstrated success in project management

Credit Operations Experience
