What you’ll do

As the Sr. Finance Manager, Digital you will play an integral role in the financial leadership for the digital initiatives you support. You will provide financial support to drive results for a global team and partner with senior management on key decision making. You will contribute to the development and execution of the annual operating plan (AOP) for key projects and play an integral part in aligning the team goals with division leadership expectations. In addition you will:

  • Provide financial oversight and leadership for key projects and initiatives, sharing insights through monthly/quarterly reporting at leadership staff meetings

  • Develop and utilize proactive, early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities to senior management

  • Drive the execution of the AOP for key projects by the accountable team members via exceptional business partner support and world class financial reporting

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including business partners, members of the IT and digital marketing finance teams, and division finance leaders, to develop detailed financial modeling and business justification for investments

  • Prepare robust ROI analysis/justification of projects, utilizing advanced modeling to ensure appropriate resource allocation, prioritization and return on investment

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial/strategic planning activity for your business partners

  • Provide analytics and insights to your business partners to support achievement of the business’s goals and objectives

  • Complete ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

How you’ll get here

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CMA/CPA/CFA preferred

  • 7+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership within a large, multinational matrixed organization

  • Ability to influence and engage senior business partners, peers, and direct/indirect reports

  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and lead global, complex projects

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and new concepts; able to easily move between strategic discussions and tactical finance topics/execution

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with Hyperion, COGNOS and SAP preferred
