Summary:

TheProject Lead will support the government’s program management activities in acquisition, design/installation, modification, integration, and sustainment of the Air National Guard’s (ANG) Remotely Piloted Aircraft – Squadron Operations Centers (RPA SOCs) program. Specifically, support will be provided to both AFLCMC/WII Systems Program Office (SPO) and at the 402nd Program Management Office (PMO).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

· Coordinate activities and assist in the oversight of all aspects of the acquisition effort involving cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

· Leading or member of Integrated Product Teams to include planning, organizing, and conducting meetings, off-sites, and program reviews.

· Support government contract awards including Market Research, Request for Proposal preparation, Requirement Approval Document (RAD) preparation, CDRL development, statement of work (SOW) development, Acquisition Strategy Panel procedures, technical evaluations, and contract clearance procedures.

· Project budget planning and execution to include FAR regulations, POM preparation, and cost analysis with cost modeling pertaining to requirements management.

· Develop and coordinate program schedules utilizing MS Project.

· Conduct requirement/capability analysis, as well as requirements management and planning.

Travel:

Travel may be required to attend testing facilities, conventions, and meetings at various locations in the continental U.S. (CONUS).

· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required.

· APDP Levels I or II or PMP Certification desired.

· Three or more years of experience with reconnaissance/intelligence/surveillance weapon systems or other weapon systems required.

· Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
