In order to strengthen our new Financial Hub in Warsaw we are looking for:

AP Business Process Analysts (BPA)

Reporting initially to the Service Delivery Program Director, the BPA is responsible for providing AP process specific support and deliverables during 2018 transition projects. Following the completion of the transitions, the report line will move to the Warsaw AP Process Managers and the roles will assume an operational focus on process performance, continuous improvement, and controls monitoring.


To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Support Project Managers on all process specific matters,

  • Create transition focused documents including, but not limited to: process fit gap report, due diligence reports, manuals, controls frameworks,

  • Review transition documentation,

  • Review existing and design/implement future process KPIs & SLAs,

  • Liaison with Process & Controls group,

  • Liaison with Warsaw and other AOC Process Manager,

  • Support journal entry process and month end reporting.

We are looking for:

  • University degree in the field of finance, accounting, or economics or recognised Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA,

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers,

  • Self-directed professionals with strong analytical and project management skills,

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience within a large Shared Service environment or Finance management with proven operational improvement capabilities,

  • Experience of US GAAP – will be considered as an asset,

  • Working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems, e.g. Oracle Financials.
