GLOBAL BENEFITS MANAGEMENT COE PROJECT SENIOR SPECIALIST (Workflow Coordinator)
Global Benefits Management Center of Excellence (GBM CoE) team provides support to benefits consultants based in various Mercer locations worldwide. The GBM CoE Project Senior Specialist position has been created support Team Leader in workflow management within the team, to support more junior colleagues in their daily work and to take over some more complex client-related work. In order to ensure deep understanding of processes, the role also requires role holder to perform certain activities related to CoE processes such as policy renewal tracking and coordination, data collection from local country offices, implementation of GBM clients in GBM Analytics application, production of client deliverables, updating GBM Analytics and Mercer Gold+ systems.
As a GBM CoE Project Senior Specialist you will have an opportunity to:
Manage workflow within the team and assist Team Leader in assigning new clients to team members;
Act as a project manager for new processes coming to COE, cooperate with Process Senior Specialist and Administration Senior Specialists to assess resources needed;
Co-operate with Team Leader to allocate resources to permanent and ad-hoc tasks;
Provide colleagues on-the-job feedback and support more junior colleagues;
Manage the timeliness of client deliverables for own portfolio of clients - before, during and after renewal or implementation. Qualifications We are looking for:
fluent English speakers;
ability to work independently and in a team;
proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy;
strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
ability to work under time pressure and prioritize own and team’s tasks;
ability to build and maintain business relationships in a virtual environment;
strong oral and written communication skills;
ability to draw conclusions from data and see a process as a bigger picture;
