Group,Convention & Events Sales Executive with Hilton Hotels & Resorts will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of groups, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

What will I be doing?

The GC&E Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, aGC&E Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Preparing and sending offers in Polish and English
  • Handling negotiation process with customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Focus on aconsistently executed up-selling approach
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
  • Ensure the complete administration of all converted events before forwarding them to event planners
  • Participate in hotelpromotional activities
  • Ensure that a clear and effective line of communication is maintained with all relevant departments within the hotel

  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems such as Delphi/Opera PMS
