Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Quality of Living Analyst What can you expect? As a member of the Global Mobility Team, you will provide qualitative support in drafting the Quality of Living reports. The position requires fluency in English, as well as the general understanding of the geographical differences, global political situation and factors impacting the quality of living globally, to be able to write well about the subject matter. Team spirit and atmosphere of cooperation are what makes the team stand out. You will have truly international exposure. In this role you’ll be responsible for: Conducting high-quality research using a variety of sources and general knowledge about the current global situation to produce Mercer reports. Conducting research and analysis for ad-hoc client projects. Providing support to Mobility market in responding to client queries. Regularly monitoring an assigned region of the world for events affecting living conditions. We would like you to have: Fluency in the English language. University degree in International Relations, Political Sciences, or similar desirable. Keen interest in international affairs, current global issues and the subject of quality of living. Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills. General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of other languages would be a desirable asset but not essential.
