In order to strengthen our Mobility Team in Warsaw we are looking for a:

SENIOR ANALYST IN MOBILITY TEAM

In this role you will be a member of global team which supports our Global Mobility flagship products. As a senior analyst you will be responsible for researching, analysing and validating the survey data collected.

To achieve the above you will need:

To review field survey results submitted by Mercer agents in order to evaluate the overall accuracy and quality of the field survey. To analyse price movements for each item and perform data and quality assurance checks (comparisons to previous surveys, comparison to similar locations, findings from own research and other statistical means). To perform statistical analysis to determine if the survey can be finalized or if further data checks are required.

To identify inconsistencies in the field survey and make necessary corrections and obtain confirmation from the Mercer agent, to ensure that cost of living data are based on accurate price levels in each city To review analyses performed by other colleaguesTo support the regional research managers worldwide by being the contact point for selected agents and provide training and follow up where requested and necessary. Occasional business travel as required, to conduct a Cost of Living survey in a specific location. Typically acts as project team member on one or more surveys, ensuring that individual and team milestones are met. Qualifications

Requirements:

3-4 years of working experience, preferably in the area of compensation involving data / statistical analysis, finance, economics, mathematics, market research or in a similar position Very strong analytical and problem solving skills/experience, ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and good understanding of statistics Fluent written and spoken English (knowledge of any other European language would be a valuable asset) Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word) and strong general computer literacy Very strong multi-tasking and communication skills We offer you:
