Tax and Economic Research team is part of Global Mobility department providing data for the international companies sending their employees abroad. The purpose of this position is to research personal tax information on government sites and other tax resources in order to provide the client a tool to estimate hypothetical taxes in a chosen country as well as the description of main tax rules. Above that we are providing analysis on the spendable portion of income as well as spending patterns of households based on the data gathered from national statistical offices. In this role You’ll be responsible for: Research Personal Income Tax data, update it in Excel to reflect the rules, change formulas in case of bigger tax changes Update Word reports describing personal tax system Adjust/create Excel models to produce reports and data sets Participate in the delivery of multiple products per year Ensure high level of service and client satisfaction Search for improvement opportunities and change the process for our team and Mobility teams We would like You to have: MA or BA university degree (faculty of Economics, Mathematics and/or Statistics) Min. 4 years of working experience, preferably in the area of international taxation involving data / statistical analysis Very strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data Excellent attention to details Fluent written and spoken English Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word) and strong general computer literacy What makes the ideal candidate – but not required: Knowledge of Personal Income Taxation systems in different countries Fluency in other major language, i.e. French, Spanish, Russian We offer: Work in a people-oriented team with dynamic colleagues and leaders who are committed to exceeding the high standards set by our clients and by ourselves Competitive salary based on permanent contract of employment Attractive benefits package including private healthcare, sports card, life insurance, savings plan, lunch card, language courses Development within a growing company Induction and initial training Office building in the Warsaw city center #LI-DNP If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV in English.
