ABOUT MERCER Mercer seeks experienced and motivated candidates for the following position: Team Leader Health & Benefits Team WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? As a Team Leader in H&B Team, you will proactively manage a team engaged in a variety of tasks related to the servicing and administration of employee insurance and benefits. You will deliver contracted levels of service and reporting within agreed costs. In this role you’ll be responsible for: all aspects of leading the team of 10-15 employees (workload management, team’s engagement, coaching, talent development, and annual appraisals process); clear understanding of clients’ profitability and expected service; management of daily business deliverables, deliver work within specified timescales agreed in the service settlements (approx. 150 projects up); complying by your team with internal procedures, all aspects of benefits legislation and as well as service and quality standards; collation and reporting of team’s metrics as required; initiating process improvements and working methods enhancement as well as fostering the open environment for knowledge sharing inside the team.
