Transformation Analyst As Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for excellent delivery of insightful analytics for the transformation team. The analytics produced will be used by senior business leaders to formulate recommendations on transformation strategy . To be successful in this role, you should be able to draw data from multiple sources and present it in an insightful, leadership-ready format. In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting business initiatives by identifying necessary data sources, metrics and analytical methods needed to formulate queries and performing data analysis for ongoing and future projects Working closely with stakeholders to create statistical and predictive models Creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards that will be used for presenting Business Cases and ongoing project reporting Working on multiple (short- and long-term) assignments to achieve project objectives and deadlines Creating custom data problem solutions Contribution to other strategic initiatives of Transformation Team We would like you to have: 2+ years direct work experience in an analytical capacity Proven success working in fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and developing professional relationships inside the organization Exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail Advanced Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint and Power BI knowledge, including the ability to produce visually effective presentations Readiness to travel occasionally, mainly within EMEA region (working days are Monday-Friday) What makes the ideal candidate – but not required Experience in a multicultural environment is strongly preferred Knowledge of general business and project management concepts We offer: Competitive salary based on employment contract Attractive benefits package (private healthcare plan, sports card/culture card, language courses refund, life insurance, MasterCard lunch card, flexible working hours and business casual dress code) Modern and comfortable office in Plac Zawiszy area Excellent personal growth opportunities in a truly international environment Please send your application in English. #LI-DNP R070367-en R070367
