We are looking for candidates with little to no professional experience to join our IBM's Systems team at Warsaw. This position requires candidates to possess an excellent grasp of technology and infrastructure and have outstanding communication skills. Within this role you will work and meet with major IBM clients across Poland while guiding them through the process of designing and implementing solutions by utilizing industry-defining best practices related to IBM's Systems technologies.

This position is based in Warsaw —an exciting hub of global companies, universities, and tourism. Our team works with clients across all industry sectors, including finance and banking, communications, retail, and government.

We work to deliver the best possible experience for our clients across every stage of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, troubleshooting, and health checks.

You will be working with many industry-leading technologies and open standards such as SAN/NAS Storage, Software Defined Storage, Object Storage, OpenStack, Kubernetes to name a few.

The solutions designed and developed by our pre-sales team are deployed by clients in live production environments around the Poland. This is a position for someone who likes traveling, seeing new places and meeting new people.

Having the ability to listen to clients, understand their concerns and engage them in our process is crucial. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

You should have some understanding of :

  • administration of Operating Systems and virtualization techniques (virtual machines)

  • IT system problem solving and troubleshooting techniques

  • you are required to be fluent in English and Polish
