IBM ECM Enterprise Architect in Warwick, United Kingdom

Job Description

Contribute to driving of revenue and margin throughout UKI region by providing consultancy on best practices of implementing solutions based on IBMs Enterprise Content Management suite of products including Datacap, FileNet Content Manager and Case Manager product suites, for both customer and partner engagements.

General: Experience of guiding and mentoring partner and Systems Integrators Customer facing experience. Experience of all aspects of the consulting process Industry specific: Experience required in IBM ECM technologies and in Datacap in particular. A proven track record in delivering successful deployments .

Environment: Fast-paced, changing, revenue focused environment Customer/partner facing role

Product/Technical: Skills and experience required in a number of the following areas: Datacap, IBM FileNet Content Manager, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Collector, IBM Records Management, IBM Content Manager OnDemand.

Professional/Task: Ability to turn business issues into technical solutions Excellent presentation skills (planned and ad-hoc) Ability to navigate and manage technical issues within a customer account. Ability to map technical and commercial value to broader business goals Ability to relate to customer issues and capable of applying solutions to meet the needs of customer specific environments Issue management and escalation

Personal: Able and willing to undertake travel within UKI, as and when required, and at short notice. Ability to learn quickly and think on one's feet. Proven track record of successfully leading complex engagements
