Summary:

The Program Manager (PM) will maintain overall programmatic (cost, schedule, performance) responsibility for the execution of the contract and delivery of services and has full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. The PM will support the Enterprise Management Services contract for a government customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day contractual and programmatic management of the contract and all task orders.

  • Single point of contact to the GPMO and senior Government stakeholders on overall program/contract execution and all contractual activities related to performance, cost, and schedule.

  • Maintain daily coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract-related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status

  • Ensure the timely execution of all financial, staffing and administrative contract actions

  • Retain a fully knowledgeable, experienced, certified and trained workforce to support and execute contract requirements

  • Ensure work deliverables, resolve performance shortfalls or deficiencies

  • Supervise contractor personnel and communicating overarching Government objectives and goals for the task orders to the contractor team

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, configuration management and timely delivery of all required contract deliverables

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Financial, Management, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering or IT-related discipline

  • Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience as a program manager managing a service type, performance-based contract with a value over $20M per year or $100M in total contract value over the PoP

  • Serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff (100 person or more) of various levels

  • Implementing managed services approach in a multiple service provider, multi-subcontractor environment

  • Successfully managing disparately located personnel

  • Presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders

  • Top Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to travel

  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types

  • Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering technologically complex Solutions

  • Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience with management of NGA or IC Information Technology Enterprise (ITE) contracts

  • Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
