Oracle Account Executive - NetSuite SuitePeople Team (HCM & Payroll) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Summary:

The HCM SuitePeople Overlay Sales organization isresponsible for assisting nearly 750 NetSuite AMO, Direct and Channel salesexecutives win new business by supporting their sales efforts as Subject MatterExperts (SME s). As an individualcontributor and subject matter expert, to this team, you willutilize yourunderstanding of our product, marketplace, cross-organization relationships,and deep sales experience to drive client penetration, increase HCM Sales, and influencethe Solution Map of partner and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will beempowered to sell Human Capital Management solutions and related services toprospective new clients and current NetSuite clients.

Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, buildinginternal relationships, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, andplanning.

Develop sales process strategies based on deep knowledge andunderstanding of HCM buyer.

Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a completevalue proposition via the telephone, internet, and customer meetings.

Building internal relationships with vertical-based teams thatthe candidate will be supporting throughout the U.S. at major Oracle/NetSuiteoffices.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must have a university degree/collegediploma or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 3 - 5 years outside sales experience in the HumanCapital Management and/or Payroll industry.

A strong understanding of Human Resourcesin a sales capacity is essential/(Employee Record Management, Benefits, Time & Attendance, TalentManagement, Recruiting/ATS, Payroll)/
