CACI International Acquisition Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia
CACI is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support an Navy acquisition program office supporting ACAT I-program of record developing acquisition related documentation.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Assist with all aspects of the federal government contracting life cycle, including pre–award acquisition planning, source selection support, and post–award contract administration for complex naval and DoD systems.
Work with Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to support the development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as well as developing the Execution Plan.
Work with Naval Research Laboratory Engineers to refine the WBS and ensure adherence to the Execution Plan and IMS.
Assist in preparing financial execution plans and tracking to the Execution Plan.
Generate Task Planning Sheets (TPS), and assist with contract administration, monitoring task and contract funding and periods of performance.
Input TPS data into NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
Monitor budget allocation and expenditure of contract funding and contractor funding requests.
Support preparation of Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and / or Requests for Information (RFIs) including Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
Conduct contract administration to manage Digital Warfare Office (DWO) tasks including receipt of deliverables.
Assist the PM with scheduling meetings, coordinating working groups and IPTs.
Assemble agendas, minutes, action items, and briefs as required for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Track action items to close.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with acquisition and program management support in a DoD program office.
Ability to work with senior military leaders, civilian and uniform, and coordinate across action officer level activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Highly organized and able to work to short time lines.
Possession of excellent oral and written skills.
Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
Must have a current Secret Clearance.
Typically requires BA or BS degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
MA or MS degree.
Completion of acquisition training, education, or certifications, including Defense Acquisition University, DAWIA Certification, or membership in the Acquisition Corps.
DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management.
