CACI International has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst/Force Management/Mission Command Branch Technical Services located in Arlington, VA. (Pentagon)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Provide analytical, portfolio management assessments of the functional mission area requirements (e.g. Distributed Common Ground Station-Army, Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) (i.e. Force XXI Battle Command, Brigade-and-Below (FBCB2) Blue Force Tracking (BFT), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Maneuver Control System (MCS), Automated Field Artillery Targeting and Data System (AFATDS), Battle Command Sustainment and Support System (BCS3), Air Defense and Airspace Management, Tactical Operations Center (TOC)), GFEBs, IPPS-A, LMP, etc).
Support the development/oversight of the Signal Corps Regiment for current force design updates and future force redesign while tracking status of the Signal Corps force structure impacts resulting from Army restructuring efforts. The Contractor shall coordinate with stakeholders across the HQDA staff; collecting,
reporting, and sharing relevant information. The Contractor shall attend CIO/G-6 conferences pertaining to Signal Corps Regiment restructure, and Army Modularity Conversions. Contractor personnel shall attend conferences and venues -“ collect, analyze, report and share all relevant information with the Government POCs.
Attend Force Management and Total Army Analysis Conferences and venues and share relevant information as it pertains to the structure of the Signal Regiment.
Attend Program Objective Memorandum (POM) conferences when they pertain to Army Transformation.
Assist in the coordination necessary to synchronize many separate and independent efforts across the Army staff, Direct Report Units (DRU)s, Major Commands, and the acquisition community as it pertains to Signal Transformation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (project support or management) experience.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
