A Banquet Administrator provides department staff with administrative support including scheduling, typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.

What will I be doing?

A Banquet Administrator provides department staff with administrative support including scheduling, typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and recordsin the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare banquet schedules based on events, rotation, and business needs.
  • Review events, menus, etc.
  • Assist with implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
  • May assist in servicing clients as needed.
  • Provide admin support to the Banquet and Food & Beverage Team on property
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and team members
