CACI International Business Development Executive - Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division in Washington, District Of Columbia
CACI is searching for a Business Development Executive to support our Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division. As a BD Executive, you will leverage experience and relationships within US Federal Departments/Agencies and across industry to identify, qualify, develop, shape and win Federally-funded contracts. If you have extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Systems Engineering and Lifecycle Acquisition markets, then we want to hear from you. In this role, you can be based out of our Lorton, VA or Washington, DC offices.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Focus on opportunities to deliver capabilities across CACI’s Mission Solutions and Services business, specifically in the Systems Engineering and Lifecycle Acquisition markets.
Identify and secure business in the areas of acquisition and program support; integrated lifecycle planning and support; systems engineering and integration; system design and development support; and test and evaluation.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and implement processes and systems for collection, interpretation, and dissemination of information on those opportunities, in order to develop and make informed recommendations for pursuit and capture.
Develop and maintain "value added" working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including other Business Development team members, Account Executives, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and CACI line organizations including Business and Division Group Executives and program management teams to ensure effective, efficient, and integrated implementation of CACI business development strategies
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or functional discipline or additional years of experience ein lieu of a degree.
12+ years of relevant capability and client experience
3+ years of direct business development experience in the Systems Engineering and Lifecycle services markets.
Demonstrated track record of proven success in opportunity identification, qualification and development; and in the design and implementation of sound business development account plans and strategies.
Active Top Secret security clearance and eligibility to obtain additional accesses, as required.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of the Federal/DoD budgeting, acquisition, and procurement processes.
Master’s degree in technical field
