Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

This role is an opportunity for a highly talented individual to play a key role in translating of technical architectures of the Oracle Accenture global alliance in support of high profile, business critical vertical industry solutions that are underpinned by Oracle Cloud and Accenture services. This key role supports the formulation of the technical strategy, development and service offerings, and leads key strategic projects for the Oracle Accenture Alliance. This role will align solution offering content to Industry go to market efforts on a global basis.
This individual contributor role will need to successfully engage, position and secure the technical selection of Oracle Cloud. The Chief Cloud Solution Sales Consultant is expected to work closely with the cross functional teams, own the solution opportunity from a technical perspective, engage continually across complex cross-functional teams in support of the Oracle Cloud Strategy and our global Oracle Alliance growth plan. In doing this, the Chief Cloud Solution Sales Consultant would build a trusted advisor relationship with key partner executives, cross-functional team members and decision makers.
As a Chief Cloud Solution Sales Consultant, you will:
Help formulate the Oracle Accenture technical cloud strategy and support management in communicating and translating clear technical tactics for the global cloud initiative with strong focus on identification of horizontal common frameworks and Industry unique elements.
Develop an enterprise cloud architecture framework and roadmap that align with and support Accenture s Industry business goals and objectives. Design Industry unique accelerators such as cloud readiness assessments and data migration, testing and training tools which can help reduce the time and risks associated with implementation and shift the focus to innovation and growth
Serve as the Industry architect for the Oracle Accenture Alliance, and provide fact based analyses to support architecture decisions. Serve as trusted advisor in developing Industry aligned cloud-models that align with and support Oracle and Accenture industry cloud migration and horizontal business process, workload points of view.
The ideal candidate will have experience from both technical and operational architecture roles. Thereby leading technology, skills and experience from each company to offer businesses the ability to implement cloud solutions quicker and easier than previously possible.
Responsibilities - Candidates should have demonstrated:
Diverse experience and understanding with Oracle s cloud and industry solution portfolio and architecture in development and implementation of technology products with a solid understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
Ability to drive change and significant business impact, even under challenging circumstances and timelines through business and technical prioritization
Serve as technology liaison between Oracle and Accenture cross-functional teams in order to design, develop and Oracle Cloud based solutions through Oracle and Accenture.
Help develop and execute on a global plan that will drive the evangelization of our Oracle Cloud and Accenture solution offerings.
Provide sales support as and when required in order to stay in tune with our business.
Collaborate with regional teams, field and alliance leads by acting as technical experts in customer presentations as it pertains to joint solution offerings and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from Alliance, supplying the technical details of proposed solution offerings.
The global Chief Cloud Solution Sales Consultant documents architectures to simplify and streamline the consumption model for Accenture solutions based on Oracle Cloud technologies.
The global Chief Cloud Solution Sales Consultant will leverage requirements so customers can more nimbly react to changing business and economic conditions by leveraging end-to-end solutions that address their specific business and industry requirements.

Develops pre-integrated, AFPO-leveraged enterprise-class cloud solutions and a robust service catalog to help simplify migration to the cloud and accelerate overall innovation
Utilize and promote the Oracle Architecture Development Process or mutually acceptable industry-standard enterprise architecture development process that enforces structure and methodology in the solution architecture development phase
Identify gaps in product or solution capabilities that do not meet customer requirements and work with product management to determine product enhancement requirements and implementation roadmap
Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to develop, provide guidance and oversight of the necessary test and Q/A plans in preparation of delivering cloud services into production
Guides cross-functional teams to generate practical solutions and translate these into clear implementation plans that lead to measurable business impact ensuring cohesive, coordinated strategy & execution plans in support of Oracle Accenture Alliance global plan priorities.

Industry Knowledge :
Experience in developing repeatable Industry architectures and blueprints for complex, cloud management.
Deep understanding of the cloud industry and trends affecting it, especially as it pertains to the development and replication of Oracle Accenture global business plan and solution priorities and can leverage this knowledge in the formulation of strategies
Communication and Influencing:
Provide technical leadership to map Accenture s business requirements to Oracle cloud service catalog, technical architecture, service level, quality of service, and security architecture
Able to communicate effectively and persuasively in writing and presentations with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives
Able to gain the collaboration and support of cross-functional team members without line authority
