Work you'll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Human Capital group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery,Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
Be a member of the team that provides the client with an ongoing data analysis, modeling and forecasting support and briefings pertaining to the organization's workforce and the health of the organization.
Facilitate workforce analytics by assisting the client to:
Provide analysis and understanding of workforce data to facilitate strategic decision making, policy compliance and progress reporting of programs and initiatives designed to recruit, develop and retain a world class workforce.
Develop products by implementing the defined analytics and modeling methodology - collect reporting requirements
Conduct operations research studies
Aggregate and synthesize data from authoritative systems into metrics and analytics
Design models, tools for workforce planning and forecasts to facilitate recruitment, develop and retention of workforce excellence
Analyze client workforce demographics, attrition trends, and develop sophisticated metrics
Organize and build suitable data models

Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently under general guidance
Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Active SECRET clearance required
Experience using and developing reports in Cognos 11
At least 2 years of specialized hands-on experience in using Excel, R Studio, SAS or other analytical tools to conduct statistical data analysis
Strong mathematical statistics skills, excellent analytical aptitude and extensive MS Excel skills
Strong understanding of the following: federal human resource databases/systems, policies, processes and procedures
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and identify key trends
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Oracle Data Warehousing
