Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Workforce Strategy Deputy Program Manager who will be responsible for providing federal workforce transformation advisory services. This includes a combination of both client-facing and internal Management Consulting capability development activities.
The Workforce Strategy Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and leading complex workforce transformation and journey management initiatives. In this capacity, the Workforce Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for managing all end-to-end contract activities including resource management, program monitoring, and progress tracking. The Workforce Strategy Senior Manager will be held accountable for ensuring client services are delivered with a high degree of quality, that support is managed within contractual scope, and that any problems, risks or issues are resolved in a timely manner. Finally, the Workforce Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for developing internal talent (federal workforce skills, knowledge and capabilities) while also supporting business development, sales, and expansion initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited academic institution
10 years experience as a supervisor or manager
10 years experience delivering senior executive level communications / presentations
10 years of experience managing multiple strategic workforce initiatives, providing a combination of senior advisory and program management services
5 years of experience within the Federal Workforce space (workforce strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, payroll and compensation strategy, etc.
