The Oracle Federal Financial Functional Analyst will be the business process analyst for the Oracle Application modules (AR / AP/ PO/ GL / OE / etc). Collaboratively work with Functional Lead SMEs to analyze requirements with the clients Component Agencies, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle RICEW. Support for Fit / Gap analysis, design alternatives and design specification documents. Candidate should have some knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong in Oracle Federal Financial Applications of Oracle EBS Release 12
At least 4 t ears of experience in complete life cycle of a complex Oracle Application project.
Knowledge on DHS TRIO (DNDO, TSA and USCG) Project (PREFERRED 1+ years)
Must be able to work onsite
Able to multitask and work across many cross functional and matrix teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
