CACI International Human Capital Specialist in Washington, District Of Columbia
CACI is seeking a Human Capital Specialist to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Civilian Workforce Development Office (approximately 7000 employees) in meeting their mission requirements of recruiting, retaining, and developing their civilian workforce. Your time will be split between working at the CACI Office, 300 M Street SE, Washington, DC 20003, which is walking distance to the client site at the Washington Navy Yard.
What You'll Get to Do:
Developing advanced PowerPoint presentations for leadership, drafting and designing newsletters in Microsoft Publisher, drafting content and managing an email marketing campaign, draft social media blurbs, draft content and submit award nominations, and draft content and pull photos for website content
Develop marketing concepts, advertisements, conduct focus groups as needed
Serve as the lead for managing all recruiting materials; derive a detailed annual inventory plan and shipping logistics for client recruitment program and execute shipping and receiving accordingly. Must also be able to lift/transport robust recruiting program inventory (iPads, displays, giveaways, etc.)
Ability to serve as recruiting event lead from a pre-event perspective as well as onsite event lead perspective; ability to lead cross-functional teams of 30-35 people
Support the program’s recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) as needed; troubleshoot ATS tool issues with customers, run ATS reports, use Excel to do advanced analysis on metrics from ATS tool data, develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership summarizing results from recruitment events
Travel up to 40-50% during fall recruitment season (September – November of each year) and up to 20% during the remainder of the year, including nights and weekends, in support of client recruiting events
Must have transportation to be able to drive and transport recruiting materials to local DC metro recruiting events
Must be able to fly for national recruiting events
Able to support an all-day career fair including standing on your feet for long periods for the duration of the all-day event
Need to be able to lift materials (up to 40 lbs)
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience
US Citizen - needed to obtain a US Secret Security clearance
SECRET Security Clearance must be obtainable; Active SECRET clearance is preferred
Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship development skills
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on remote and cross functional teams
Able to facilitate client meetings virtually and in-person
Strong written communication skills
IT knowledge a plus (fluent with software and programs)
Previous marketing experience is desired
Graphic design experience is desired
Experience with the following programs: Publisher, Photoshop, Illustrator is desired
