Job DescriptionWork closely with the on-site Network Administrator, the Real Estate management team, Property Management team, and other internal and external groups to support office operations and maintain office systems; proactively identify and resolve issues earlyDesign and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustmentsComplete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work resultsProvide executive administration support (travel, scheduling/calendar management, expense reporting, etc.) to the head of Financial Wellness and his direct reportsPerform, manage and monitor clerical functionsPlan and organize team and events and activitiesManage purchasing and expenses with budget; review and approve supply requisitionsAnalyze and forecast team and office expensesDevelop reports and status updates in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelProvide regular communications and correspondenceMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurementDesign filing systemsHelp create and manage a disaster recovery planAssist in ensuring onboarding tasks for all new employees are complete, as well as assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding plans for new employeesABOUT KEY:KeyCorp's roots trace back 190 years to Albany, New York.
