Performance Management Consultant
Work you ll do
Support the DIA CIO s Strategy Management Branch in developing a performance management framework to assess progress against the CIO s 2020-2024 strategic vision. The vision includes 4 key goals: 1) Drove customer centricity, 2) Deliver data to the point of need, 3) Optimize the DIA CIO core, and 4) Equip our workforce. Develop/Consult with CIO stakeholders to develop new performance measures. Develop and maintain Data Collection Plans for all new measures. Initiate Agency-Wide actions for performance information. Review/edit/approve organizational submissions of performance data. Develop/Recommend process to visualize and present results to CIO leadership.

Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Active TS/SCI clearance Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Provides analysis of complex performance data in support of Government decision-making processes and strategic studies. Supports efforts to develop, integrate and continually improve processes associated with the management of performance information, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.
The Performance Management Consultant shall possess the following capabilities: Enable DIA CIO leadership to assess progress against the strategic vision using objective and meaningful performance measures. Perform data analysis of performance data to include measure results, performance statements and measure algorithms. Develop process for collecting and analyzing performance measures, visualizing results and creating briefing materials for Performance related meetings/trainings
