Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Support the service structure and serviceability of a product for Hardware and Firmware

Provide technical expertise to the Field on problem determination/isolation

Solving client's tangled problems by providing action plans

Interact with other internal departments such as Inside Hardware Development Engineering, Project office, Sales Operations and Customer Success

Develop and cultivate client relationships for the long term

Leverage IBM as a global company to achieve local business objectives

Successful candidate will be innately driven to succeed, while also very collaborative; Intellectual curiosity in general and especially towards technology; Creative problem solver when deciphering client's complex problems; Positive, motivational and inspiring; Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills.

Technical skills:

· Advanced knowledge and/or experience with IBM HW and SW products

· Advanced knowledge and/or experience with MS, Linux, VMware, Citrix or Cisco enterprise products
