Description

Play a key technical leadership role in IBM's Client Support transformation by helping to accelerate the expansion of IBM's strategic cognitive platform, based on Salesforce and Watson. Analyze requirements and using an understanding of support process, business goals, and the Salesforce tool, make recommendations solutions. Work with architects from across the IBM and business stakeholders to develop solutions within the strategy. Prioritize work items for development squads, ensuring that key questions are answered and that Salesforce best practices are leveraged.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years solution architecture and design experience

  • 10+ years Java, J2EE, Javascript, and DB2 solution development experience

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Deep knowledge of IBM Support processes

  • B.S. in Computer Science
