We are searching for Ultrasound Technologist; full-time, day shift. The Ultrasound Technologist performs CT Scans and Ultrasound patient examinations as per departmental policy and procedural protocol.
Essential Core Functions:
Maintains daily schedule of patient exams
Initiates all required quality control and quality assurance standards through film/exam critique, equipment comparisons, monitoring of procedures and patient care standards.
Maintains established daily assignments and all equipment warm-up protocols.
Prepares/maintains/administers appropriate contrast media/imaging agents for patient administration, as per protocol.
Maintains appropriate policy and safety measures when providing services.
Participates in opportunities for patient care improvement.
Participates in patient assessment and patient/family education efforts.
Demonstrates awareness of sensitivity to patient’s rights and regulatory issues, and manages situations to reduce risk.
Provides superior customer service when relating to customers and associates.
Performs/maintains all other duties/responsibilities as required.

Qualifications: You should have:
Associate's degree - Required
Radiology or technical diploma in radiology - Required
Registered Radiographer - Required
Experience - Preferred
