Aetna Medicare Marketing Manager - Age In Program in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Expanding current Age In Program and collaborates with multiple functions or units; develops and sets some of the strategy for a variety of areas/units/need. Is accountable for department's contribution and managing marketing programs to help achieve segment goals. Works directly with segment and product on membership growth and marketing performance goals. Ensures program effectively delivers and monitors results while creating recommendations for enhancements.

Fundamental Components:· Manages collection and validation of information (from internal sources or through managing outside vendors) to make strategic marketing decisions and plans· Implements marketing strategies and plans· Analyzes and interprets internal, market and competitor information utilizing technology as appropriate; identifies underlying drivers of change and trends as base for future scenarios· Lead project management across internal and external stakeholders.


7-10 years Marketing experience

Medicare experience preferred

Experience with regulated marketing in matrixed organization

Organized with attention to detail


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
