About the Role The core purpose of this role is to act as an Administration Assistant and high level support to a team within Mercer’s Financial Services business in Australia/New Zealand. The business provides varied superannuation solutions for some of the largest corporate industry and public sector superannuation funds. This role will support and assist the client services team and has responsibility for providing administrative support. Responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the client services team Assisting with Financial Services invoicing and related monitoring Co-ordinating and assisting with day to day activities fundamental to the smooth operation of the business Personal Assistant and general admin duties for Trustee Secretarial Services Preparation of documents and monitoring of statutory requirements Accurate and timely delivery of support administration services to clients and members as delegated Compilation and distribution of Trustee meeting papers. Organising team meetings, catering and travel bookings. Content administration, updates and file uploads for Disclose Register and Mercer’s internal systems. We are ideally seeking a professional experienced Team Assistant to support our team. You demonstrate initiative and proactivity and will be highly motivated with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
