Manages people who lead internal projects/programs which focus on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. These projects need a distinct beginning and an end.
Manages employees who perform project management duties which involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings. Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills and analytical skills BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically seven years of project management or related experience needed.

Change Management Leader - North American Applications Consulting - Project Mgmt Director
The Change Management Lead is responsible for driving the adoption of new OCS programs. They will orchestrate change in the culture and reputation of OCS both internally and externally. They will champion new programs as they are released and capture feedback so programs constantly evolve and improve. Effective project and thought leadership will drive awareness and adoption within OCS, the Application business and our customers. Change Management will be creative, collaborative and understand how to foster passion of new programs. As they are released internally and externally the vision is people will be hungry to user our new programs because they want to, not because they have to. An operating model is needed to successfully maintain these programs and a continuous feedback loop must be created to capture and drive change.
The Change Management Lead will drive a cultural evolution. The adoption activities will be within the context of the overall OCS plan to meet company objectives. The lead will drive the success of business development activities like SOAR to the Cloud, True Cloud Method and Estimators. They will oversee the management of the Change Management/Adoption Services team within OCS and will be accountable to measure and optimize adoption of key 2019 initiatives. They will build their network across Oracle to broaden the OCS footprint as these programs become integral to every consulting services deal. The Change Mangement Lead will expand their network within OCS NA to evangelize key initiatives which will in turn drive cultural change like the Catapult Career Model and Above the Cloud leadership program.
Work with each OCS Leader to develop an adoption plan around True Cloud Method, SOAR, Above the Clouds, Catapult your Career and Estimators, etc.
Work with each of the Growth & Strategy Leads to ensure maximum support and alignment.
o Understand and develop a plan to build the adoption of strategic growth plans.
Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Business Development Team and Delivery to drive change in our consulting talent.
Act with a sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes.
The Change Management Lead is accountable for leveraging resources throughout Oracle to:
o Understand current and future initiatives, when they will be released and create an adoption plan around each one.
o Earn the trust of our people by helping drive innovative programs across the consulting organization.
o Create a resource development plan that focuses around the constant refresh of programs based on what the market demands.
o Have a detailed understanding of OCS methodologies, estimators, enablement and effectiveness tools in the industry.

o Adoption of programs
o Passion and willingness of the organization as they embrace new programs
o Time to market in the adoption of new programs
