We are currently recruiting a SAP.HCM consultant, with experience in Australia Payroll, SuccessFactors and Learning.

The HCM Senior Consultant is responsible for overall ownership of the SAP HCM functional components in use on the landscape and acts as the conduit for all proactive and preventive maintenance, and the client engagement focal for delivery of enhanced application capabilities in line with business process requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include -

  • Prior experience and understanding of HCM process related to Oil and Gas industry

  • Extensive experience ( 5+ years) in working with Australia Payroll to be able to engage the business SMEs as thought leader in this space

  • Worked on SuccessFactors RCM,ONB, LMS, PMGM

  • Work effectively in an individual capacity and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver on customer satisfaction and success commitments

  • Contribute to the development of technical solutions

  • Actively participate in business process meetings and workshops and demonstrate technical processes

  • Be keenly aware of committed timelines and budget parameters in delivering business outcome

  • Adhere to organisational coding standards, development processes and industry best practices

  • Ability to work closely and create strong working relationships with product vendors to collaboratively deliver to client requirements

  • Work effectively in an individual capacity and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver on customer satisfaction and success commitments

To ensure success in the role you will possess –

  • 7+ years’ experience in SAP.HCM, and 5+ years specifically in Australia Payroll

  • Demostrable understanding of statutory changes currently impacting the industry

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sucessfactors modules - RCM,ONB, LMS, PMGM

  • Experience in working within a multi-location team supporting users in multiple time zones

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Experience in engaging with external agencies to provide seamless business process solutions

Compensation package from $82 110 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
