Merck Service Delivery Lead - Information Technology in West Point, Pennsylvania

We seek an energetic professional to join our Information Technology team to help us deliver business solutions, in partnership with our Company’s Human Resources organization, to our most critical organizational and people management functions across the company leveraging the explosion of advanced cloud-based solutions in the HR information technology marketplace.
This will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Responsible for end-to-end knowledge and analysis of processes, systems, data, and interfaces related to our talent capability
Develop a strong understanding of HR’s strategy, goals and processes
Identify areas where technology can be strategically leveraged to improve business processes and outcomes
Propose, understand, and drive opportunities/solutions that will enable greater business flexibility and agility
Work in partnership with HR and IT functional leaders to implement and enhance business solutions, assess and prioritize business and technical enhancements, facilitate the delivery of the enhancements, and drive realization value
Experience working in agile environment and driving digital products from concept through launch
Perform external research and bench marking related to industry trends in the HR technology and identify areas where these trends can be evaluated and incorporated into the HR environment
Establish and maintain relationships with global HR and IT Colleagues to help accelerate the delivery of our business solutions by determining where platforms, products, design approaches, or other ideas in HR and non-HR spaces can be leveraged to further our HR solution landscape
Provide technical and operational support required to ensure all Human Resource systems operate within service expectations and effectively support required business processes
Partner with our suppliers to ensure optimal solutions and to enhance the capabilities of their products to improve overall value provided
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Information Technology
• Experience with Agile methodologies
