Work you ll doThis internship position is responsible for supporting the planning team working on both Deloitte University programs and those taking place at external hotel facilities. In this position you will have the opportunity to collaborate and consult with Deloitte National Meeting Services Planners, Deloitte University operations personnel and conference center management personnel to effectively deliver programs and events. During your National Meeting Services Internship, your responsibilities could include:NMS Data clean upManage the NMS MailboxWork on space assignments for FY18/FY19 calendarsTrain to handle smaller less complex meetingsManage "contacts of the week" mailsManage planner meeting minutesAssist planner on Partner MeetingBasic training on registration processTrain with local Regional Event Services manager (Dallas area)Train on Scheduling processTrain on Business Advisor processAssist NMS Project Manager as needed on existing/new projects About Deloitte UniversityDeloitte University, The Leadership Center, officially opened in October 2011 in Westlake, Texas.
