The Integrated Process Team Leader for Bottles & Blisters is the business unit manager for a specific Team Reliability Engineering and represents the Site Leadership Team, and is accountable for achieving the process outcomes for the material conversion process. This Team Leader provides tactical and strategic direction to the cross-functional managing team and promotes the behaviors and principles that drive continuous improvement of the Lean Enterprise. Ensures that objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with our Company, Regulatory Agency and State and Local code requirements for quality, equal employment opportunity, employee and environmental safety and health with harmonious employee relations and good relations in the local community.
Primary Activities include, but are not limited to:
Accountable that the processes managed by the Integrated Process Team are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and Safety, Environmental, Labor, and Industrial Health regulations. Support/ lead atypical investigations where needed. Accountable for informing other Configuration Object Element management and the Process Owner (Plant Manager) about situations and/or trends that are affecting performance (atypical, accidents, events, audit findings, regulatory issues, among others) and request support as needed. Responsible for addressing any gaps identified in the IPT from internal and external auditing authorities.
METRICS ATTAINMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
The Integrated Process Team Leader for Bottles & Blisters is accountable for achieving business, performance and compliance goals for the consistent with our Company Productive System principles. Reports monthly metrics and any action plans to address gaps for the Site Leadership team. Accountable for implementation of the corrective actions identified in the Continuous Improvements Audits. Identified, prioritizes, and champions capital projects and improvement projects to implement line and changeover improvements, reduction of process variability, and waste elimination.
PLANNING & ISSUE RESOLUTION
Leads the Integrated Process Team managing team, providing guidance to resolve issues identified in the daily, weekly and monthly managing processes as needed. Strives to ensure stability on the shop floor to ensure consistent reliable supply. Develops the strategy for a planned event, and directs to develop tactical plans to meet the strategy.
The Integrated Process Team Leader is responsible to develop and monitor the operating budget, staffing plan, and recommend capital projects. Additionally, will provide forecasts for progress against financial commitments and close any associated gaps.
The Integrated Process Team Leader actively mentors members; provides input and coaching on professional development and career pathing; provides timely feedback; and evaluates performance of direct reports after obtaining the relevant functional input and evaluation. This Team Leader also provides feedback and input on performance evaluations for dotted line reports, who are members of this IPT. Teams with the other Site Leadership to plan and implement talent management resources.
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, the Leader is responsible for aligning the site to the Divisional and Corporate strategies and helping his/her team members to execute against those strategies, through driving the development and attainment of the Future Value Stream Map. This Leader represents other organizations, as necessary.

Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, or another technical field; Masters Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in more than one functional area, such as Manufacturing Operations, Quality
Required Experience and Skills:
Operations, Technical Operations, Manufacturing Technical Support, Engineering (Central, Chemical, Industrial, and/or Process), Production Planning, and New Products Planning.
Concurrently, minimum of 3 years of operations line positions, with responsibility for direct and indirect reports.
Demonstrated knowledge of Operational Excellence tools and methodology, preferred.
Willing to work irregular and/or rotating shifts
