Employee Engagement Project Manager Open to candidates in London and Woking A role with great exposure to clients across the EU A role with a focus on the end-to-end implementation and management of Employee Engagement projects We are inviting passionate and highly driven Project Management professionals to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will be managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives. Why will you love this role? You will be managing the implementation of employee-centric initiatives to a wide range of clients within the EMEA Region, serving as a trusted advisor and a point of contact to various levels of management. In this role you will be: Responsible for managing the project workflow to ensure that deliverables are met on time, and prepares status reports on projects for management and clients. Monitors and reports on projects of the highest complexity and/or international scope from contract through to implementation and follows through to ensure projects are kept on schedule and meet budgetary requirements. Determining project scope, customizing project plans, setting project timelines, and assigning tasks/people to ensure efficient flow of processes. Determining dependencies, priorities, critical path, and milestones for projects by reviewing project proposals or plans and providing recommendations on time frames and administrative procedures for accomplishing these projects. Developing and maintaining relationships with client counterpart(s) and serving as the administrative point of contact for coordinating all aspects of the project, keeping our clients informed of project status Collecting budget information from department managers, maintains records of expenses to compare with estimated budget, and prepares budget reports for management based on estimated revenue, expense reports, and past budget numbers. Qualifications: Proven experience in project managing employee engagement initiatives obtained through either traditional consulting organisations, or market research consultancies Proven experience working with and interpreting people-related data Preferably having an educational background in Psychology (industrial/organizational) or related human science Strong communication skills Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of dynamic work Company Overview At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
