Employee Engagement Research Consultant
Open to a number of Mercer-Sirota offices within UK and EU (preferably Woking, UK)

We are inviting passionate and highly driven employee engagement professionals to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will support a wide range of clients in understanding and improving their employee engagement initiatives.

You will be providing advice and support on a number of data points gathered from employee-centric initiatives to a wide range of clients within the EMEA Region, serving as a trusted advisor to various levels of management of our clients.
In this role you will be:
Responsible for managing the project workflow to ensure that deliverables are met on time, and making choices on what the deliverables are depending on the findings of the analysis.
Pulling in and interpreting data and other components to assess and determine the direction of a project, will review project workflow and implications of scope with Project Managers and Project Sponsors.
Assisting and independently leading in writing and structuring client presentations/reports by using data such as averages, trends, and stochastic models to create summary exhibits in presentations and to draft initial observations/recommendations and conclusions for review by senior consultants or on the project.
Coordinate and review client data while supervising junior consultants including: tracking what has been received and what are outstanding, identifying issues or discrepancies with data, raising any issues independently with the client.
Interpret the data and determine “the story” outlined to the client – determine client implications as it relates to data.
Working independently with the client to assist in responding to Mercer data requests and serves as point of contact for follow up questions. Qualifications
Proven experience in employee engagement initiatives (attitude survey, research and analysis) obtained either internally or through consulting work Proven experience working with and interpreting people-related data Preferably having an educational background in Psychology (industrial/organizational) or related human science Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PPT and XL); preferably advanced skills in SPSS Strong communication skills Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of dynamic work R_026621-en
