Emphasis for this role will be around WFM and Reporting and Analytical tools.
Manages all aspects of a small scale or sub-project, including schedule, financials, and deliverables; responsible for project planning, monitoring, and reporting; evaluates and authorizes work requests and reviews cost estimates from suppliers; coordinates delivery of work from all parties involved; reviews and approves vendor invoices; produces reports to relevant level of management; is accountable for acceptance criteria, obtains sign offs and conducts post implementation reviews .
Primary focus on forecasting scenarios, planning for projects and their impact to business, supporting analytics and reporting tools for the business.
Will own IEX from an administrative perspective.
Manages small scale or sub-projects on a local basis and/or local aspect of a multi-functional project
Facilitates issue resolution
Is responsible for all aspects of managing a project including project staffing, etc.
Is responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting on project performance at local and global levels Signs off on project deliverables
Performs internal project close down
Conducts Post-Implementation Reviews Responsible for the activities involving the Business, Third parties, and other GIT entities, as necessary.
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate controlled office environment.
Bachelors degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience
Level I: 2 - 3 years of experience in an IT project management environment. Experience in WFM and Analytics. Preferably well versed in IEX as a tool as well as forecasting (Long and Short Term), reporting, creation of support plan for business.
Analytical skills, forecasting and planning experience, preferably using IEX as a tool. Ability to create and present long term planning targets and needs to various levels of management.
May require occasional travel, regionally or globally
Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language English
Able to give information in English and passively participate in team meetings.
Understands routine business conversations and letters and is able to communicate with few errors.
Able to take part in meetings and discussions and give information about own area of expertise, able to compose memos, simple letters and short texts.
Able to actively take part in meetings and conferences and communicate effectively. Capable of composing reports and technical explanations.
Able to participate in and facilitate discussions with complex content. Composes reports with almost no grammatical errors and can communicate proficiently.
