Operations Manager - Worcester – Hamilton Bond (Claims Consultancy) We have an excellent opportunity to join a specialised part of Jelf’s business at Hamilton Bond (Claims Consultancy) as an Operations Manager. You will be supporting the Managing Director in the development and day to day management of our dynamic team. Job Purpose To performance manage and develop the central claims and administration team. To manage all aspects of the procedures and processes including focus on facilitating best practice. To achieve agreed operational targets/actions. To develop the use of systems identifying shortfalls, making recommendations for a more effective and efficient use, and providing the relevant training. To work with the Managing Director to ensure that superior claims consultancy services are provided at all times, providing regular feedback on the team’s development and issues identifying training needs where required. To work with the Managing Director in the development and execution of agreed projects/actions which link in to that of the Group strategy. To represent division as required from time to time both internally and externally. To manage key 3rd party relationships. Manage all staff in line with the Group’s policies and procedures. To ensure all standardised documentations are up to date and used across the company with the correct corporate image. To maintain strict confidentiality at all times. To execute allocated tasks within agreed time frames. To act professionally and with integrity at all times. To comply with Company, FCA, CII and CILA guidelines and regulations.
