IT Service Availability Manager – is the client facing role focused on the availability aspect of delivered IT services. In this key position, you will be responsible for coordination of technical and supporting team’s operation duties to deliver IT services according to client expectations. We offer the challenge to manage the huge infrastructure in the international team, as we support one of the biggest European bank.

Typical activities:

  • Swift and effective communication between the client, functional managers, technical & supporting teams

  • Availability management - tracking & reporting performance metrics

  • Acting as point of escalation for day-to-day issues

  • Coordinating service restoration due to incidents affecting the production infrastructure environment

  • Active participation in Incident-Problem-Change management

  • 24/7 on-call duty

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Very good German language skills

  • Understanding of ITIL concepts

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Services

  • Readiness to frequent traveling & working at client premises (DE)

  • Ability to drive resolution of escalated problems

  • Analytical skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • IT Education

  • Experience with maintaining and reinforcing client relationship
