Job Description

Responsibilities:

Market Access, Reimbursement and Policy Support

  • Develop strategic roadmap for the launch and increase access of Organon’s products.
  • Stay apprised of business priorities, strategies, and portfolio to assess impact of policy and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze current policies and external environment to understand its impact on business. Steer drafting of white papers, position papers, media articles on key women’s health issues.
  • Development and roll-out of policy and market access initiatives, execute and measure impacts.
  • Build and manage relationships with key Government stakeholders (MoH, GoPFP), partner organizations and industry associations.
  • Budget and expense management for MAPC activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support product launch activities and ongoing product support, and provide market access and policy insights to enhance commercialization strategies.

Pricing

  • Work with MoH, DAV and relevant stakeholders to declare, obtain, maintain, defend optimal pricing points which demonstrate Organon product value.
  • Be a strategic partner with Commercial team in pricing strategy for both public and private market.
  • Responsible for developing pricing business cases, pricing proposal for internal approval and for external projects in collaboration with commercial team and Cluster, Global access team.
  • Work closely with Pharma Group and MoH

Communications

  • Development & execution of public relations campaigns in alignment with Organon MAPC priorities.
  • Collaborate and support Commercial team in consumers public campaigns to drive awareness and advocacy for key strategic brands.
  • Accountable for corporate external digital communications channels, social media, and campaign management.
  • Company website management.
  • Assist in identifying and support opportunities for the company to participate in key industry events, conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Create content and deliver company internal communications plan.
  • Lead/ or collaborate with CFT in internal communication events.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Public Policy, Political Science, Life Sciences-related field, Mass Communications, Business Administration or Marketing, Medical Field…
  • At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or related field such as healthcare consulting, public policy or government relations
  • Candidates with knowledge of healthcare policy and reimbursement landscape or prior work experience in government ministry, established network with government institutions and advocacy organizations will be considered as a plus.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
