(Junior) Community and Event Manager, Portugal

Job Description

Organon is looking for a local Community and Event Manager in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role will under the leadership of our Organon’s Global Community and Events Managers, be responsible for the local implementation and execution of the activities centered around the construction of our Lisbon community in accordance to Organon Core Values (such as “We all Belonging & Rising Together”)

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Your main focus will be to break silos and ensure that all our Organon employees (Founders) receive the very same support irrelevant of department or role

• To achieve this, you will need to develop a strong local network both internally with Organon Founders but equally externally with local service providers

• You will have the responsibility to operationalize Service Line Agreements (SLA) including resourcing, menu offerings, etc. and provide learnings based feedback

• You will onboard outside vendors contributing to those events and guarantee full compliance to our Fire and Life Safety regulations

• Depending on the type of Events organized, you will have the responsibility to track space utilization and share learnings with a view to further develop required capabilities via our KPI dashboard

• In partnership with WeWork,, you will support the planning and organization including any additional cleaning that may result from those events

• Once events are over, you will need to seek for feedback and document outcomes

• You will work closely with BT, Security and our SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) colleagues
