What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Analyst position uses professional concepts, company policies, andprocedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways to support the credit and collections team. This role makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of initiatives within a functional area. Typically involved in one large project at a time, the Senior Analyst develops schedules to ensure timely completion of the project as well as identifies appropriate resources needed.

• Provide tools analysis and system support for multiple Finance Operations.
• Provide support to the business in a dynamic, ever changing environment for various groups.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to support systems enhancements and automation solutions which will contribute to efficiencies across the organization.
• Interact with Individual Contributors, Supervisors, and Managers within the organization to report progress on initiatives and projects.
• Receives general guidance for the accomplishment of short to medium term goals and operating objectives. Plans and executes work independently.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Google Suite products.
• Good understanding of VBG billing and ordering data.
