Do it here.What youll be doing...As the MTS IV Consultant you will function as a Tenant/DevOps contributing member who will provide engineering guidance as well as operational and technical support for our 5G, 4G, IOT/M2M, and Self Activation wireless subscribers. Your team owns and operates key subsystems that are pivotal to the IMS registration and attach process. These subsystems include: Home Subscriber Server (HSS), Subscriber Database subsystems, Authentication Authorization and Accounting (AAA), Home Location Register (HLR), and NetAct Element Management Systems.+ Building, deploying, and maintaining new virtualized and physical SDM Cores.+ Providing essential call flow analysis coupled with engineering and operational support for virtual IMS Core Subscriber Data Management (SDM) systems.+ Performing operational level administrative functions using: Linux/OpenStack/Application Deployment/Programming/DB Administration skillsets.+ Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and will provide leading support for internal personnel.+ Being a point of contact for any customer related events is critical, as on-call rotation is required.+ Ensuring the integrity and health of the SDM platform is available for our customers.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.+ Willingness to travel.Even better if you have:+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.+ Certification in Linux, OpenStack, Database Admin, Cloud Security or equivalent.+ Knowledge of LTE Registration, IMS Registration, and VoLTE call flows.+ Openstack/Cloud tenant operational experience.+ Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions.+ Demonstrated ability to lead and drive meetings to desired outcomes.+ Automation experience with Python, Ansible or other tools.+ Experience in performance tuning, software/hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.+ Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Netmask, DIAMETER, SIP, LDAP and load balancing.+ Knowledge of Cloud Transformation technologies.+ Knowledge of protocol analysis tools such as IrisView, NetScout, Wireshark, tcpdump, ping, netstat.+ Experience working with high availability and disaster recovery solution.+ In-depth knowledge of design principles of OpenStack architecture and how networking operates in an OpenStack cloud.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
