**This position has remote flexibility**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support QSS assessment analytics across Quality, Systems, Vendor Management and HCP engagement that will aid our leadership team with oversight and making well-informed business decisions within Organon ORD.

• Aggregated KPIs from various functions, staff engagement metrics, development of new metrics for initiatives within QSS and/or ORD to help track overall organization health, progress and success.

• Gather key data both qualitative and quantitative from various functional groups in QSS, connect key messaging and data insights and then present to executives in a succinct format via a communication plan/approach that has been vetted within QSS and ORD.

• Partnering with key business leaders and executives including, and not limited to, finance, legal, OMS/Supply Chain and any other areas supported by QSS or fall within scope of QSS activities.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for various projects that could be business sensitive in nature so maintaining a high level of confidentiality I essential.

Education Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific/Healthcare discipline w/focus on Analytics.

• Master’s Degree preferred (MS, MPH, MBA).

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare or life sciences with experience in analytics.

• A broad and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and advanced technical skills combined with strong inter and intra personal communication skills is required.

• Project Management Skills for partnering/delivering on large cross-functional projects.

• Communication and Technical Skills to identify, integrate and incorporate complex information and data combined with advanced verbal, written and oral presentation communication skills that translate data into a story.

• Influencing Skills that allow for alternatives to be proposed/vetted when data are inconsistent.

• Collaboration and Relationship Building with diverse teams in a hybrid environment.

• Demonstrated ability to support change management activities if required.
