Position Summary:

Penske’s Corporate Maintenance Organization is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead the generation of analytical insights and content for Corporate and Field operations. A successful Manager focuses on leading a team in continuously improving our Data Visualization and Reporting processes and toolsets, manages various projects and drives execution and delivers upon ad-hoc requests for maintenance data from various internal and external customers. Customers include corporate departments (Maintenance, OpEx, Legal, Rental, Sales, etc.), Field Operations (Field VP’s down through Maintenance Supervisors), and large National and Strategic Accounts.

Additionally, this position will require the ability to query data using SQL, design, develop and implement reports using Excel and QlikView/QlikSense, develop models and simulations using Excel or Python, and perform statistical analyses using Python, R, or Minitab to identify opportunities for the business.

This position is located at our Corporate offices in a beautiful country setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA which is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage, track and perform data analysis ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery
• Organize, consolidate and lead the next evolution of visualization efforts and serve as the visualization effort
• Communicate project status on a daily / weekly / monthly cadence with senior leadership
• Present major project and analytical findings to Senior Leadership and Customers during milestone reviews, status meetings, etc.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within our reporting and analytical processes
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent high priority projects, requests and analysis and be flexible to changing priorities
• Continuously train and develop the team.
• Other projects as assigned by the Director

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
• 7 years of experience in financial/operational analytical leadership and project management roles
• Knowledge of maintenance products, processes, and services
• Cost accounting and financial analyst experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
